Clinical Teacher Evaluation Methods in Medical Education: A Systematic Review

چکیده

Context: Evaluating systems is one of the essential items affecting faculty member performance. Using an appropriate evaluating system for performing different proper roles members. Objective: This study aimed to systematically review models, tools, and challenges performance clinical Methods: systematic investigated eight international four national electronic databases in 2019. Descriptive thematic analyses were done extract most relevant information about Results: In total, 15163 articles identified, which 25 met inclusion criteria. The findings demonstrated main categories model members, education, data gathering subthemes systems, structure, indicators, process. Conclusions: recommends policymakers educational managers design tool. Further research should be conducted develop a practical solving mentioned challenges.
